We help structure the complete problem-solving logic on one page: facts, target, causes, actions and result verification. A3 can be used both for an individual problem and for developing managers and teams.
AI process automation
We first assess whether the process is worth automating at all. We then create a pilot using ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, n8n, Power Automate or other tools, and measure the reduction in manual work, errors or task completion time.
